NOR Dashboard is a complete browser-based admin panel purpose-built for Rust servers - real RCON control, live server data, and one-click player and permission management, right from your browser. Core is completely free. Want more firepower? AMAP server-script integration and a full embedded SSH terminal are available as optional add-on modules - see what's available below.

📊 Live Overview
Player count, queue, BattleMetrics rank, framerate, uptime, and live entity-count and performance history graphs. Includes a wipe countdown in the header, always ticking down to your next scheduled wipe.
🖥 Live Console
A real-time feed of everything your server logs, a command box, broadcast messages, and one-click kick/give-item for whoever's online right now. Save your own Quick Command shortcuts to fire off common commands in a single click, right below the console input.
👥 Player Management
Kick, ban, and unban with reasons auto-logged. VAC and game-ban badges on every player row. Bulk actions on multiple players at once, a filter box to find someone fast, and notes searchable by keyword - synced automatically across every admin. One-click Mute/Unmute per player, and every ban, kick, and note is attributed to the admin who did it, so your team always knows who did what.
💬 Chat Logs
A live capture of all in-game player chat pulled straight from the RCON stream. Filter by player name, SteamID, or message text instantly - no refetch needed. Keeps up to 500 messages while the dashboard is running.
🔍 Player Lookup
Paste a SteamID and see their Steam profile, account age, and VAC/game ban history before you let them in - or while you're deciding what to do about a report.
🔑 Permissions & Groups
Grant or revoke permissions, manage Oxide groups, and check exactly what access any player or group has - no memorized commands needed.
🗺 Live Map
Real-time player positions and world events - Patrol Heli, Cargo Ship, Bradley, CH47, Cargo Plane - overlaid on the actual map. Updates every few seconds with no plugin required.
🔧 Server Info
Live framerate, uptime, and entity count, plus editable hostname, description, and header image - changes apply instantly via RCON, no console required.
🔔 Alerts & Notifications
Automatic in-dashboard alert toasts for low FPS, high player count, entity spikes, server offline, and a player watchlist for known troublemakers. Optional sound and Discord webhook delivery for every alert type.
How It Runs
100% Self-Hosted - Yours, Not Ours
NOR Dashboard runs on your own PC or server, talking straight to your Rust server over RCON - there's no cloud service in the middle, no NOR-hosted backend, and no account tied to our infrastructure for it to work. You download it, you run it, you own it.
🔒 Your Data Stays Yours
Bans, notes, chat logs, and player stats live on your own machine, full stop. Nothing gets uploaded to a third-party server just so the dashboard can function.
⚡ No Middleman, No Lag
A direct RCON connection means every command goes straight from your browser to your server - no relay service in between adding latency or another point of failure.
🛡 Runs Even If We're Down
Since core doesn't depend on any NOR-hosted service to operate, an outage on our end doesn't take your admin panel down with it. Your dashboard only answers to your server.
💰 No Recurring Cloud Bill
Core is free to download and free to keep running - forever. There's no monthly hosting fee tacked on just because it's "in the cloud," because it isn't.
